According to the WBOC news team there was a shooting and the school's are under LOCK DOWN from the WBOC they are asking the parents to NOT pick up your children from school for more info click here.

UPDATE: The schools have had the thumbs up and the schedule is back to normal, and they have NOT found the guy.
