The accident this morning on the Bay Bridge causing a Tractor Trailer to go over board. The right lane of the eastbound bridge remained closed, restricting that span to one lane as authorities continued to investigate Sunday's early morning wreck.
The truck driver was identified last night as John R. Short, 57, of Willards, Md.
